UPDATE: 5 Steps To Declutter Your Mind

Hi guys!

Hope you’re all well!

I wanted to give a mini update on how the process of decluttering my mind is going. It was really important for me to start this because I have a lot of things going on and I don’t want to lose my mind trying to juggle all of it.

Implementing the 5 steps has really helped to reduce my stress and anxiety level. By working on my priorities and only focusing on one thing at a time, I am now able to get a lot more done. Also, by deliberatly turning my attention away from distractions, my mind is more at peace.

Now this is only the beginning and, I plan to continue practicing the 5 steps and get better at it.

I know the weather in London doesn’t look to be great but I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
