Hi everyone,

Hope you’re all feeling blessed today!

It is said our happiness increases when we engage in small acts of kindness.

So this week’s small act will be listening.

The challenge is to have one conversation where we do not talk about ourselves, but focus on the other person and truly listen to what they have to say.
